At Wallarena, we fulfill and ship all orders directly from our facility located in Simpsonville, South Carolina. We keep our shipping process straightforward and transparent so you know exactly when to expect your storage items.

We are pleased to offer 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders. There are no minimum purchase requirements and no hidden delivery fees. The price you see for the product is what you pay.
2. Shipping Destinations
Currently, we only ship to physical addresses within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or international locations outside the US.
3. Processing & Handling Time

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.

Standard Transit Time: 3 to 5 Business Days (Monday - Friday). Please note that transit times may vary slightly based on your exact location and the local carrier's schedule.
5. Order Tracking
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active in the carrier’s system.
